We arose early and left Chico around eight o'clock.

We headed to the Pine Creek Cafe, a great little spot we had found the day before.  After a great breakfast, we headed on.

Chris had the brilliant idea to stop at the Lewis and Clark Caverns.  Having nothing to do with Lewis and Clark, these caverns might have some interest value were it not for the screaming kids, boring tour guide, and 2 hours we were underground.  Fortunately, we got some good pictures before going in.

But as you can see, Kira tired in the caverns.  The best part of the trip was racing the two kids down the hill.

We left Lewis and Clark in a hurry, drove to Butte, and went to the party at Mark's Mom's.  Some pictures from the event below.
